Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using radiocodefind.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Service Description

Radio Code Find provides an online radio code generation service for VAG group vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, SEAT). Our service generates 4-digit unlock codes based on your radio serial number.

Processing Window, Early Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

Order review starts after payment and the initial processing window may last up to 24 hours. This is not a delivery guarantee; manual or complex cases may take longer. The customer must expressly request service to begin before any statutory withdrawal period ends. If cancellation is requested before 24 hours have elapsed, no separate cancellation penalty is charged. Outside a mandatory statutory withdrawal right, and only where applicable law permits, a refund may exclude no more than the payment-provider processing fee actually charged and not returned to us. If a statutory withdrawal right applies after performance has started, any amount payable is limited to what applicable law allows for the proportion of service already supplied. The right may end after full performance only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement were given. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely. If support cannot deliver an eligible code after review, refund support is handled according to the service policy.

Refund timing after initiation

Once we approve and submit a refund through Stripe, it may appear within 3–10 business days. This is an informational range, not a guarantee. Stripe's published general estimate for card refunds is approximately 5–10 business days after initiation; some card-network reversals or banks may show the refund earlier. Timing is controlled by the bank or card issuer, and a pending or failed refund can take longer. This timing does not determine refund eligibility and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Limitation of Liability

Radio Code Find shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
